Return and refund policy

At Les Emballages Aswal, we are committed to providing quality products and professional service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.
REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
Standard, non-customized products are eligible for return within a maximum of 30 days following receipt of the order.
To be eligible :
- the product must be unused;
- the product must be in its original packaging;
- the product must be in good condition;
- proof of purchase must be provided.
NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
The following products are non-refundable :
- customized products;
- custom-printed products;
- special orders;
- products used or damaged after receipt.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If initial shipping was offered for free, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of an error or defect on our part.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or an order error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
- your order number;
- photos of the product;
- a description of the issue.
After verification, we may:
- replace the product;
- offer a credit;
- or issue a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
